Ingredients
(Serves two to three)
1 tbspย oil
4 tomatoes, diced
6-8 prawns, diced
3 cups water + 1 chicken stock cube
1 tbsp light soy sauce
ยฝย teaspoonย sesame oil
Dash of white pepper
1 egg, beaten
2 tsp potato/corn starch + 2 tbsp of water
Spring onion, chopped
Steps:

- Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pot over medium heat.
- Add the diced tomatoes and sautรฉ until the tomatoes blister and soften.
- Add the diced prawns together with 1 tablespoon of light soy sauce.
- Cook till the prawns turn pink.

- Pour in 3 cups of water and add the chicken stock cube.
