Shipping policy

After receiving much support locally in Singapore, we're grateful to be able to extend our delivery to cover Malaysia, Australia, Hong Kong, United States and select international regions. We are pleased to provide free shipping for orders with minimum spend!

1) Packing and fulfillment

Successfully placed orders are packed and fulfilled within 2 business days for collection & shipment. Please refer to bottom for shipping times.

Orders placed on Fridays, eve of public holidays, holidays or on weekends will be shipped out on the following business day.

2) Shipping times and charges

For deliveries in Singapore

Orders are shipped out in 3-7 business days (with potential delays during peak-period campaign days). Once it’s shipped out, our logistics partner  will deliver to your doorstep within 1-3 days. Enjoy free Standard shipping when you spend a minimum of SG$80.

For deliveries in Malaysia

We offer Standard (12 - 15 business days to ship) at RM 35 MYR and Expedited (7 - 12 business days to ship) at RM 80 MYR.

For Australia, Hong Kong, United States and all other international deliveries

International shipping rates will be displayed at the checkout page upon entering your shipping address. International delivery takes up to 10-28 business days to ship.

Do note that any import duties and fees subjected on the value of order will be borne by you.

Please note that we will not bear the return shipment costs, postal fees, handling fees, customs duties and taxes incurred should the recipient reject a parcel due to import duties or taxes.

For all deliveries

Delivery time will be subject to public holidays and festive periods that occur in destination country or Singapore.

 

3) Order changes/cancellations

Once order processing has started, we’re unable to guarantee any changes or cancellations. This includes edits to items, shipping address, or cancellation requests.

If your request cannot be made in time, you’ll need to wait for the shipment to arrive and then follow our return process.

Please note: If an incorrect shipping address was entered and we were not contacted in time, we cannot guarantee correction or successful delivery.
