You guys have to try this 5 min cold tofu recipe —> a quick way to include some tasty protein in your meal, no-cooking required ✌🏼

 

 

Ingredients

1 silken tofu

1 spring onion, sliced

1 tsp Korean sesame oil

1 tsp fish sauce

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp water

1 tsp sugar

1 tsp gochugaru

1 tsp sesame seeds

1 tsp minced garlic

 

Steps:

  1. Mix all the condiments together, enjoy your tofu in 5 mins :)
