Crispy curry wings (Air fryer)


The Lowdown: 

3-ingredient crispy curry wings

We've infused these beauties with the fragrant aroma of curry leaves and the perfect blend of spices, resulting in crispy perfection every time. You won't be able to stop at one 🤤




  • 1 kg chicken wings
  • 2 tbsp curry powder
  • 3 handfuls of curry leaf
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Oil 


  1. In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with oil until evenly coated
  2. Add curry leaves to the bowl, sprinkle curry powder and salt over the wings

  3. Use your hands to massage the wings, ensuring they are well coated with the curry powder and curry leaves
  4. Once the wings are seasoned to your liking, place them in the preheated air fryer basket in a single layer. Avoid overcrowding to ensure even cooking.
  5. Cook the wings in the air fryer at 180°C (350°F) for ~20 minutes, flipping halfway through the cooking time. Adjust the cooking time as needed depending on the size and thickness of your wings, aiming for a crispy exterior and fully cooked interior. Serve and enjoy!
