Garlic, lots of it
Olive oil
A sprig of thyme

A sprig of rosemary



  1. Peel garlic and place them in a baking tray
  2. Cover it fully with oil, place rosemary and thyme 
  3. Bake in oven for 2 hours at 120°C
  4. Serve it as a spread for bread or on the side for pasta or meats, enjoy!
