Garlic Shrimp Omelette

 

The Lowdown: 

Start your day with a burst of flavour that'll leave you craving for more! There’s nothing quite like the combination of fluffy eggs & bouncy prawns. We amped up the aromatics with onions and garlic - this versatile recipe is one you’ll be coming back to again and again 🤤

Ingredients

(Serves two)

2 eggs
6 succulent prawns
Diced onions and garlic
A pinch of salt

 

Steps:

  1. Saute onion with oil for about a minute.
  2. Add prawns in, allow it to sear on one side and flip to the other side.
  3. Throw minced garlic in and stir fry for a quick 20-30 seconds.
  4. Add beaten eggs to the pan and cook to desired doneness.
  5. Serve and enjoy!
