1 loaf french loaf 20x8 cm
2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded
Gochujang Garlic Butter
¼ cup unsalted butter,softened
3 cloves garlic finely minced
1 tbsp gochujang mild
2 tsp Italian flat-leaf parsley finely chopped
- Add minced garlic, parsley and gochujang to softened butter
- Mix well, and spread over bread
- Add shredded mozzarella cheese to bread
- Bake at 180degrees for 5 minutes or till cheese has melted
- Serve and enjoy!
