Gochujang cheesy garlic bread

1 loaf french loaf 20x8 cm

2 cups mozzarella cheese shredded

Gochujang Garlic Butter

¼ cup unsalted butter,softened

3 cloves garlic finely minced

1 tbsp gochujang mild

2 tsp Italian flat-leaf parsley finely chopped



  1. Add minced garlic, parsley and gochujang to softened butter

  2. Mix well, and spread over bread
  3. Add shredded mozzarella cheese to bread
  4. Bake at 180degrees for 5 minutes or till cheese has melted
  5. Serve and enjoy!
