0.5-1 tbsp miso (depending on salt preference)
2 tbsp liquid dashi soy sauce
1 tsp sugar
Raw egg yolk (optional)
- Add miso, liquid dashi soy sauce and sugar to bowl, mix well
- Add salmon sashimi and mix well
- Set aside for 10 minutes
- Plate marinated salmon. Serve and enjoy!
