Easy Tofu & Egg (15 Minute Recipe)

 

The Lowdown:

POV: When you have 15 minutes to come up with an easy but satisfying meal. Dinner's sorted with the easy tofu & egg dish. Save this recipe for those busy evenings! 🍳💨

 

Ingredients

2 eggs enough for two

1 pack pre-fried tau kwa
Spring onion (optional)

Seasoning:

1 tbsp oyster sauce
1 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp dashi powder
1 cup water 

Steps:

  1. Prepare seasoning first by mixing oyster sauce, sugar, dashi powder, and water.
  2. Braise pre-fried tau kwa with that seasoning in pan for about 7-8 minutes
  3. Add beaten eggs to pan and allow it to simmer for a couple of minutes. Serve and enjoy!
