We underwent rounds of oven testing to ensure the right amount of padding necessary to protect your hands (and forearms) when carrying hot pans and trays out of the oven. They're extra long so you can carry even those wide oven racks out safely, and they're lined with 100% pure silicone to give you a better hold on your heavy pans and baking dishes.
